Paper submission for presentation

Papers must be prepared using the LaTeX-2e article style and be electronically submitted, in PDF format, to NWCDMA2014. For any problem in submission, contact through the email address: nwcdma2014@math.jdvu.ac.in. Two types of papers can be submitted: regular papers and poster papers. Submissions for regular papers should be no longer than 6 pages (including the title, authors, abstract, figures, and references) in A4 paper double column style with 10 points font size; a submission may have an appendix of at most two pages beyond the 6 page limit. Poster papers are restricted to two pages using the same style, with no appendix. Submissions deviating from these guidelines will be rejected without review. If requested by the authors, a regular submission that is not selected for a regular presentation will also be considered for a brief announcement. This request must be clearly indicated in a cover letter along with the submitted paper. Such a request will not affect consideration of the paper for a regular paper. A paper submitted at this forum is expected to be original research not previously published as a regular paper. It may be noted that previously published papers may be considered for presentation but will be not be published in the proceedings. Note that one appearing as brief announcements/poster paper of other conferences is eligible. A submission may not be concurrently submitted to another conference, workshop, or journal.

Paper submission method

Send a soft copy of the full paper (regular or poster) in pdf format to Prof. Shamik Ghosh (nwcdma2014@math.jdvu.ac.in) along with a cover letter. The cover letter will include the submission type (regular, poster or both). In case of the type both, the manuscript may be considered for a poster paper if is not accepted as a regular paper. The deadline for the submission of full papers is January 21, 2014 February 10, 2014 February 28, 2014 (extended). In case of multiple authors, the name of the corresponding author / paper presenter (only one) should be specified. Each paper (regular/poster) presentation in the conference requires separate author registration.
